This Privacy Policy is issued by Rythu Saradhi Solutions Private Limited ("Rythu Saradhi Solutions", "Poultry Saaradhi", "We", "Us", or "Our"), a private limited company registered at Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, India, acting as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
This Policy governs the collection, processing, storage, protection, and disclosure of personal data and commercial farm operational records collected from users of the Poultry Saaradhi (and PoultryDoc) mobile applications, web dashboards, APIs, and cloud services.
02. Categories of Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum data necessary to deliver flock tracking, mortality analytics, weather advisories, and farm accounting:

03. Lawful Grounds & Processing Purposes
Under the DPDP Act 2023, data processing is carried out based on:
- Explicit Consent: Granted when requesting and validating your mobile OTP to log in.
- Contractual Performance: Necessary to compute FCR, feed depletion alerts, lifting settlements, and financial ledgers.
- Legitimate Agricultural Use: Generating mandal-level heat stress advisories and regional biosecurity alerts.
- Statutory Tax Compliance: Generating GST tax invoices and maintaining audit records under Indian law.

06. Data Retention & Deletion Schedule
1. Active Accounts: Operational data is retained throughout active subscription cycles to maintain flock history and comparative batch records.
2. Statutory Audit Records (7 Years): Under the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961 and Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations, all billing invoices, payment transaction IDs, and lifting sales records are retained for seven (7) financial years.
3. Account Closure & Data Purge: When an account is terminated, the user has thirty (30) days to download all farm records in PDF or CSV format. After ninety (90) days of dormancy, all personal identification records are permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
07. Security & Encryption Standards
- In-Transit Security: All mobile and web communications are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3).
- At-Rest Security: Cloud databases and server backups are encrypted with AES-256 standard encryption.
- Role-Based Access: Farm owners strictly control which sheds their managers and supervisors can access.
- Audit Trail: System changes, payments, and lifting tickets maintain permanent audit logs.
08. Your Rights as a Data Principal (DPDP Act 2023)
Under the DPDP Act 2023, you hold the following statutory rights:
- Right to Access: You may request a summary of personal data held and processed by Rythu Saradhi Solutions Private Limited.
- Right to Correction & Completion: You may update or correct outdated or incomplete personal and farm profile data.
- Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to mandatory 7-year statutory tax compliance retention.
- Right to Grievance Redressal: You have the right to register complaints with our Grievance Officer and receive resolution within statutory timelines.
- Right to Nominate: You may nominate an individual to exercise your privacy rights in the event of death or incapacity.
